The implementation of the Minsk agreements will be able to revive the reformatting of Ukrainian politics and the changing party composition of the Verkhovna Rada. Such opinion on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine” said the doctor of political Sciences Igor pilyaev.
“I think that the Minsk agreement can be revived especially through the reformatting of the Ukrainian political elite after presidential and parliamentary elections. If they come to some parties with different names, and if the majority will be the party of peace and civil accord, civic consensus,” he said.
Pilyaev noted that the international expert community believes that the Ukrainian crisis is systemic in nature, and its roots lie in the “destruction of civil consensus, which occurred after 2014.”
“We need first to consolidate the Ukrainian society, and with a common position that would reflect the interests of all regions and all major political forces in Ukraine to enter the negotiations, including the Ming court,” he said.
