The restaurant la Muse Gueule, located on the rue Perreault est, will close its doors on October 20.

The restaurant la Muse Gueule has opened its doors to 140 Perreault in 1996. Since then, it has made its mark for its warm atmosphere, its exotic flavors and many dishes darlings, which is a very popular Pasa.
“It is the Muse Mouth that gave its name to this dish, the name Que Pasa has been invented for my menu in 1996, said Ms. Gerard. My partners of the time and I have designed the recipe from A to Z. This name was taken everywhere, they can be found up to La Sarre and Ville-Marie.”
This dish, a kind of dip in mexican composed of sour cream, salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese, and has been imitated many times, both in restaurants, food shops and to the public. No one has ever managed to get back the recipe of the Muse’s Mouth in the same way. “It is normal that you can’t reproduce it, it is made with our home-made salsa, said Ms. Gerard. This is also what was our uniqueness, everything in us is made in-house.” The Pasa has been the best seller of the restaurant during its 21 years of existence.

“We lose a big piece, it is very aware of that, but it is rolling up its sleeves and we look ahead. We hope to offer you an alternative, but you need to understand that it is not developing a new restaurant concept in a few days. Already, we are in action mode”, commented the co-owners.
