Law enforcement officials confirmed data about the fact that today, August 14, 7:37 a.m. a silver Ford Fiesta car made arrival on pedestrians and cyclists, and then at high speed crashed into the fence of the Parliament building.
“Driving the car was a man aged about 20 years, he was arrested at the scene by armed officers. He was taken to a police station in South London where he remains in police custody. He was arrested on suspicion of terrorist crimes,” state the representatives of Scotland Yard.
It is clarified that passengers in the car were not. Weapons during the search of the auto was not detected.
