“Before the occupation “Titan” was officially accepted water from wells that are in Kalanchak district Kherson region. As of 2017, as I understand it, on the territory controlled by this system of water intakes is not available, but in the occupied territories it operates. There they filled the new wells, and these wells pump the aquifer, and, in fact, pumping water from reservoirs in Kherson region,” – said Babin.

He stressed that this is a big problem, as Kherson region is pumped the water needed for local farmers.

“This is a big problem, because the water necessary for the inhabitants of the Kherson area. Nobody, of course, for it pays nothing. Here arises the big question about the payment of large damages and payment of appropriate rental payments for the use of land”, – concluded the representative of the President.
