The Ministry of foreign Affairs has prepared a draft appeal to the organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons because of the situation with the release of chemicals in the Crimea and send him after gathering evidence. This was announced by foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, transfer “Ukrainian news”.

“We have a ready project but we will do when we get all the evidence. To date, evidence that it concerns chemical weapons, we have a clear no. Of course, if we now go without clear evidence that Russia is using against us and will try to present it as a deliberate provocation. However, with the Secretariat, we have been contacted and as soon as we receive the evidence – let’s go with them”, – said Klimkin.

He added that in the absence of adequate evidence of Russia justifies prevailing in the Armenian situation by the lack of water supply to the Crimea.

“Russia is trying to use this situation to promote the issue of non-delivery of water to the occupied territory, but to promote it not from the point of view of law and avertive in a humanitarian wrapper. We know these manipulations and all the fake allegedly plans to establish a supply. To do this we will never allow. Water in the occupied territory under the contract, where it says “Crimea, Russia” never will not be delivered,” – said the Minister.

Children were evacuated, local residents encouraged to spend less time outdoors. Through the release of chemicals in the annexed Crimea on mainland Ukraine has left 59 people.
