Shevchenko district court of Kyiv has identified five jurors to a hearing about the murder of Ukrainian journalist Oles Buzina. About it reports “Radio Freedom”.
Noted that three of them will be the main, two spare.
The court also scheduled the next meeting on August 21.
Recall that on 7 June 2018, the Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev at the preparatory meeting on the prosecution of Andrew Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk suspected of committing premeditated murder of an Elder, decided to assign the indictment for consideration on the merits by a jury.
Journalist Oles Buzina, was shot dead on 16 April 2015 in Kiev near his home. Andrew Medvedko and Denis Polishchuk, who are suspected in the murder of an Elder, was arrested on 18 June 2015. Later Polishchuk out on bail of 5 million UAH, which made businessman Alexey Tamrazov. Both suspects have denied involvement in the murder.
