The Secretary of state of the United States of America, Rex Tillerson announced the conditions necessary for removal of sanction restrictions from the Russian state. The American Secretary of state stated that it will not remove sanctions until the Crimea not part of Ukraine.
Rex Tillerson said that sanctions, which are supported by Washington against the Russian Federation, are related to several aspects, including the situation with the Crimean Peninsula, as well as the presence of Russian troops on the territory of Donbass. The Secretary of state noticed that the anti-Russian sanctions, which are connected with the Crimean Peninsula will be maintained by Washington for as long as the Crimea will not become a part of the territory of the Ukrainian state.
Tillerson also noted that another condition for lifting of Russia sanctions is a complete withdrawal of Russian combat forces, which are allegedly in the South-Eastern part of Ukraine. Recall, all the allegations of the presence of troops belonging to Russia, located in the Donbass, Moscow has repeatedly denied such allegations.
