The Ministry of justice of Ukraine as of today has filed to the European court of human rights 6 claims against Russia. This was announced by the Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko at the briefing on Monday, August 13, reports 112.ua.
“Already today filed 6 inter-state applications against Russia from Ukraine. Literally on Friday (August 10 – ed.) was filed on the sixth statement, about which we will tell you in detail. It concerns political prisoners”, – he said.
The previous statements relate to events connected with the annexation of the Crimea, of mass violations of the rights of Ukrainians on the Peninsula (kidnapping, murder, imprisonment, violation of property rights, violation of the right to a fair trial). In addition, the claims we are talking about the events in Donbass during the military actions and massive violations of human rights by the Russian Federation.
The fifth claim concerns the kidnapping of Ukrainian children-orphans, when the Russian terrorists out of the Ukraine orphans, who were in the orphanage in the Luhansk region.
