“The good news for runners! The researchers analyzed the lifestyle of over 55 thousand people over 15 years have identified regular Jogging prolongs life by 3 years,” said Suprun.
Suprun noted that it is not necessary to run long kilometers. The minimum helpful dose of physical activity will be pleasantly surprised.
“Run for 5-10 minutes every day in the comfort of your own pace and this is going to work! However, if you can – run more,” – said Suprun.
According to Suprun, for people who regularly run the risk of death from heart attacks and strokes is reduced by 45% and premature mortality by 30%.
“Physical activity is medicine for many diseases and prevention of overweight. At the same time, the lower the activity level, the higher the risk of mortality for any reason. It a sedentary lifestyle is responsible for about 9% of premature deaths among the population all over the world. It occupies the 4th place after Smoking, diabetes and high blood pressure.
