Evan Rachel Wood may be given an initial date for the return of Westworld.
Between Game of Thrones this summer, The Deuce to the back and Netflix that dwarfs all the world or almost with Stranger Things, we never hear of the other flagship series of HBO : Westworld.
After a huge success of audience for the first season (12 million viewers on average per episode, all platforms), the series created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy was left in production for season 2 as soon as the end of 2016.
Since, with the exception of a trailer last July, the news are scarce. The two show runners had warned us that the series would likely not be before 2018 but in a year, no precision was given. No before a tweet from the star of the show Evan Rachel Wood.
A user has approached the actress on the social network to know the release date of the season 2. A tweet in which the interpreter of Dolores Abernathy replied instantly :
Spring 2018 https://t.co/qM5VqCwoPA

Season 2 could return sooner than expected next spring. Westworld would take the place formerly occupied by the series Game of Thrones during its first six seasons. The perfect way to continue in his good work.
