23 October in London on “Wembley Arena” will be the world premiere of the film “Bohemian Rhapsody”, dedicated to the band Queen and its lead singer Freddie mercury.
As reported by THR, an unusual show Studio 20th Century Fox decided to spend on the arena, which is part of the same sports complex as the Wembley stadium, where Queen’s in 1985 gave a concert in front of thousands of spectators 72 in the charity festival Live Aid.
It is noted that the premiere of the biopic will also be a charity: the proceeds from the ticket sales will go to the international Fund Mercury Phoenix Trust, which is engaged in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Recall that the main role in the film was played by Rami Malek, best known for the TV series “Mr. Robot”. The film also shows the history of the band Queen from its Foundation to performing at Live Aid in 1985. In the soundtrack of the new biographical film will include rare live recordings of the band Queen.
