The defender Xavier Ouellet on Tuesday was appointed captain of the Rocket of Laval, the club-school of the Montreal canadiens in the american League (AHL), and will thus replace Byron Froese.
Chosen by the group of coaches of the Rocket and the direction of the Habs, Ouellet became the second player in the young history of the club to assume the role of captain.
