Yaremche city court of Ivano-Frankivsk region stopped to consider case for lack of judges: one ended with a trip to Yaremche, three posts currently vacant. About it reports a press-service of the court.
It is noted that yesterday ended the term of office for the position of judge of the city court of Yaremche Ivanov Andrey Petrovich, who was temporarily transferred there, sending on a business trip.
In addition, the staffing of three judges of this court remain vacant.
Thus, the office of the court continues to accept and register statements, claims, materials, and application of the police and indictments. However, to transfer these materials to the court is impossible for lack of judges.
In such circumstances, the civil case is stored in the court office prior to the appointment of judges, and criminal proceedings, petition of the investigating authorities and cases on administrative offenses sent to the court of appeal of Ivano-Frankivsk region to address the issue of their consideration in other courts.
